Founder & CEO
Mr. Palma is the founder and Chief-Executive Officer of AND Crew Management Solutions Philippines Inc.
He is responsible for making the major corporate decisions and strategies, managing the overall operations and resources of the company and overseeing the accomplishment of the business objectives.
He is also involved in the communication, acquisition and negotiation of potential and existing partners and clients.
Capt. Rodolfo A. Aspillaga
Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Aspillaga has been the Chief Operating Officer for a number of years.
He is second in command to the CEO and ensures that the company has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures and people systems in place for the successful achievement of the company’s objectives.
Racquel B. Ontiveros
Chief Finance Officer
A Certified Public Accountant, Raquel B. Ontiveros has many years of experience in the financial department of the company.
She is responsible for producing financial reports related to budgets, accounts payable, accounts receivables, expenses and all accounts pertaining to the company’s financial health.
Johan A. Dela Cerna
Director (Branch Ops. Manager)
Johan A. Dela Cerna contributes with the planning and strategizing of the board members.
He is also experienced in crew management and supply as well as maritime business management and administration.

As the Legal Corporate Secretary of The AND Crew Management Solutions Philippines, Atty. Dela Cruz ensures the integrity of the company’s policies and corporate governance framework.
She makes it a point to ensure the company’s compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
